He is extensively associated with externally aided projects like Canadian and European Union SPP Projects. He has attended 101 training programme for Agriculture & Allied sector, Management, Irrigation, SSD, Management of Training etc.
He has also delivered 45 talks in All India Radio & Doordarshan.
Retired on May 2013 as Joint Director Agriculture Government of Rajasthan Jaipur Rajasthan, at present working as Senior consultant WAPCOS Ltd. GOI understanding Jaipur Rajasthan. ( May 2015 to March 2024)
Additionally, he is associated with National Sahaja Agriculture Project (NSAP-now Sahaja Agriculture Mission; www.sahajkrishi.in/English) as Member Secretary /National Agriculture coordinator NSAP since 2010 and a Sahaja Yogi since May 1997.

- Acted as Nodal Officer in Charge for State Agriculture Policy implementation under the European Union State Partnership Programme; spearheaded state-wide community water conservation frameworks. - ICAR & University Research Standardization: Collaborated with 10 ICAR Experiment Stations (including CAZRI Jodhpur, DRMR Bharatpur, and IIRR Hyderabad) and Mahatma Phule Agricultural Vidyapeeth (Pune) to formally document Sahaj techniques. Validated benchmarks include: 14.3% to 50% crop yield increases, 73% groundnut yield increase (MPUAT Udaipur), 28% wheat yield increase (U.P. Narendra Dev University), and verified molecular bond angle shifts in treated irrigation water from to optimizing nutrient dissolution.
